Franck-Elie Laloum, chef de cuisine of Jade on 36 Restaurant of Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai, will be inviting culinary enthusiasts into his kitchen for an intimate gastronomic jamming session. During the course, Franck-Elie will guide particapants personally to cook two dishes. After which, he will prepare the third course. At the end of the session, participants will get to enjoy the three-course meal that they have prepared in full fine-dining fashion. Participants can expect the recipes and menu to spot reflections of Franck-Elie’s Summer Dinner menu which was freshly launched on 1 June 2013. This menu emphasises the restaurant’s focus on using only the best products, coupled with Franck-Elie’s trademark use of exotic flavours. The session is open to a maximum of 10 people, at 498 Rmb per person. Sessions begin 08 June 2013, and will continue every second Saturday of the month.
